The Divider removes clods, stones, wood, and other foreign objects from the product flow early on. Each object is recorded and assessed using in-house developed AI software that is continuously improved. Products that fall outside the set tolerances are automatically sorted out using rejection fingers. The good products flow unhindered to the next step in the process.
With a capacity of up to 60 tons per hour, the Divider sorts at high speed and continues to perform reliably, even with varying batches or coarser field batches.
