Calbee Co., Ltd. will release a new limited-edition snack, “Thin Jagabee Seaweed Salt Flavor,” from its popular Jagabee line. The product features a thin, wavy cut and combines the flavors of roasted seaweed and fragrant green laver with a light, crispy texture.
The snack will be available for pre-sale at convenience stores nationwide starting March 30, 2026, and at other retail stores from April 13, 2026, with sales expected to continue through late July. The thin cut allows for easy, rhythmic snacking, and the combination of seaweed and salt delivers a flavorful, irresistible taste.
The packaging design emphasizes the thinness of the sticks, highlighting the light and crunchy texture. Each 35g pack is priced around 170 yen, offering a seasonal treat that captures the essence of spring snacking.
This release marks the fourth edition in the thin Jagabee series, continuing Calbee’s exploration of unique potato textures and flavors, while giving consumers a new way to enjoy the beloved Jagabee snack.
